Tony Dotson has extensive experience in the synthetic lubricant industry, currently serving as Strategic Business Manager at Nye Lubricants since 2004, where responsibilities include providing OEM product design solutions and leading global strategies to enhance the Aerospace business. Previously, Tony held various positions at Nye Lubricants, including Aerospace Industry Manager and Engineering Manager, focusing on application engineering support across multiple industries. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at O'Mara Incorporated and as Process Improvement Manager at Milliken & Company. Tony holds a Master of Science in Textile Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from North Carolina State University.
