Shara Lynn Corrigan, JD, LLM, CIPM, CIPP⁄ US is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at New York Genome Center since January 2022, Shara previously held the position of Senior Contracts Manager and Team Lead at NYU Langone Health, where the focus was on IP-based commercial and academic transactions across multiple campuses. Prior to that, Shara worked as Contracts Manager for Technology Transactions at Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, facilitating the commercialization of biomedical discoveries. Earlier roles include serving as Staff Attorney at Google and eDiscovery Attorney with various prominent law firms. Shara holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master of Laws from Leiden University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
