Heta Damodar

Heta Damodar holds extensive experience in brand management and luxury category leadership within the fashion and retail industry. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Brand Management at Nykaa since August 2024, Heta previously spent over eight years at Tata CLiQ, holding multiple positions including Category Head for Luxury and Head of Indiluxe by Tata CLiQ Luxury. Prior to Tata CLiQ, Heta was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as a Buyer for Menswear Casuals and held various roles in merchandising and planning. Heta also founded Thinking Weaves Consulting, providing essential support to emerging fashion designers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, alongside a BCom from the University of Mumbai and H.R College of Commerce and Economics.
