Ryan Gormley

Ryan Gormley currently serves as the Head of People at Nylas since July 2020 and has held the position of Director, People. Additionally, Ryan Gormley is an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and a Mentor at First Round Fast Track. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Compensation at Earnin, Senior Compensation Partner and People Partner at Symantec, and various recruiting positions at Direct Energy, Bethesda Game Studios, and Electronic Arts. Ryan Gormley holds an MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Simon Fraser University, as well as History and Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
