Michelle Sweet, MS-HRD, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training within prominent health systems and consulting firms. Currently serving as the Learning Relationships & Solutions Partner at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since 2020, Michelle supports 3,500 executives and managers by fostering a learning environment and leading matrixed teams in various developmental initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Organizational Development at MJHS, where Michelle developed culture and effectiveness strategies, and Program Manager at AdvantageCare Physicians, overseeing leadership development.
