Sarah DeBoyace

Sarah DeBoyace has a diverse work experience that includes roles in recruitment, talent acquisition, consulting, and internships. Sarah is currently working as a Workforce Recruiter at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC), where they manage the full life cycle recruitment process, develops a talent pipeline, and conducts assessments for candidate selection. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ellis Medicine for over a year. Sarah also has experience in recruitment at Fusco Personnel, Inc., where they served as a Recruiter and Recruiting Assistant.
