Jeffrey Sam

Jeffrey Sam has extensive experience in the field of physical therapy, currently serving as a Senior II Physical Therapist and Senior Clinical Instructor at NYU Langone Health since September 2014. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions as a Senior I Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist at the same institution. Jeffrey's early career included multiple internships at various physical therapy facilities, including North Shore-LIJ S.T.A.R.S. Physical Therapy and VA Clinic, where valuable hands-on experience was gained. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo and an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Certificate from New York University.
