Josephine G.

Josephine G. serves as the Associate Director of Inclusive Engagement and Student Life at New York University's Silver School of Social Work since July 2021. Previously, Josephine held the position of Clinic Extern in Family Law & Domestic Violence at Legal Services NYC for a brief period in late 2023 and was the Director of Inclusion and Intercultural Engagement at St. Joseph's College from October 2020 to July 2021. Josephine's earlier roles at New York University include Residence Hall Director and Co-Chair of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion as well as Residence Hall Assistant Director. Josephine also served as a First-Year Seminar Instructor at Baruch College and held the position of Assistant Residence Director at the University of Vermont. Josephine began a career in education as a College Access Counselor at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation. Academically, Josephine holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont, a Bachelor’s Degree in Gender & Women's Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.
