Matthew Kwatinetz serves as the Faculty Director of the NYU Urban Lab and holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Real Estate Economics at New York University. Kwatinetz is also the Managing Partner at QBL Real Estate and has held a senior leadership role as the Senior Director of Nevada Operations for the Burning Man Project. Previously, Kwatinetz was the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and produced the project "Ernest Shackleton Loves Me."
