Jason Healy

Jason Healy is a seasoned performance analysis professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as the Performance Analysis Manager at New Zealand Rugby since April 2013, Jason strategically oversees data and video analysis requirements while developing capability within the High Performance program. Previously, as the All Blacks Technical Analyst, Jason provided critical video analysis and data support to the All Blacks coaching team. Earlier roles include Senior Performance Analyst at Paralympics New Zealand and Performance Analysis Discipline Lead at New Zealand Academy of Sport, where Jason managed performance analysis across high performance programs and developed innovative strategies to enhance athlete performance. Jason holds a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation from Auckland University of Technology.
