Lesia Hatch

Lesia Hatch is an experienced professional with a strong background in program implementation and credit management. Currently serving as the Director of Program Implementation and Director of Great Lake Sales at O.C. Tanner since August 2003, Lesia manages and coaches a regional team to support strategic initiatives, enhance client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. Previously, as a Credit/Collection Manager, Lesia was responsible for the credit granting process, liaising with finance executives, sales partners, and clients to optimize sales and minimize bad debt losses. Prior experience includes serving as Credit Manager at Iomega, where Lesia excelled in credit analysis, monitoring, and management, achieving write-offs significantly below industry standards. Education was completed at Utah State University.
