Shashin Jain possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and merchandising across various sectors, including client operations, e-commerce, and retail. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Client Operations at O.C. Tanner since August 2015, Shashin leads a team of over 40 professionals, managing significant customer interactions and merchandise orders across 15 countries. Previous roles include Director of B2B Ecommerce and Supply Chain Management, and Sr. Manager in Sourcing and Supply Chain for numerous sectors, including high-value retail operations at Ample Technologies and Reliance Retail. Educational qualifications include a Dual M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Indira Institute of Management and a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, supplemented by an Advanced Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
