Christine Niven

Christine Niven is an accomplished human resources and payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll management, HRIS implementation, and advisory services across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at O2E Brands, Christine has successfully led the implementation of HRIS systems and managed payroll compliance during challenging circumstances. Previously, Christine held roles at Herschel Supply Company, where expertise in payroll functions and benefits administration was demonstrated. Additionally, Christine has a solid foundation in HR practices from previous positions at The University of British Columbia and Randstad Canada. Christine is currently pursuing a Payroll Leadership Professional designation and has earned certifications in Payroll Compliance Practitioner. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology from Simon Fraser University.
