Cheng-Chih Chou

Cheng-Chih Chou serves as an Associate Solution Architect at o9 Solutions, Inc., focusing on digital transformation, process design, solution delivery, and program management since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Analyst and Materials & Procurement Intern at Gardner Denver, where significant contributions included automating reporting processes, enhancing inventory visibility, and developing advanced shipping notice systems. Cheng-Chih has also worked as a teaching assistant at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, mentoring students in advanced Excel analysis, and as an Employer Relations Analyst at the UT Dallas Career Center. Cheng-Chih holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from National Taipei University, along with ongoing education in supply chain management through MITx courses.
