Terry Taylor has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as President at Oak Bank since June 2006, where leadership is provided to develop customized financial solutions for businesses and organizations in the greater Madison, WI area. Previously, Terry held the position of President at First Business Bank, leading a team to create financial solutions for small businesses in Waukesha County and served as Senior Vice President, delivering credit and cash management services throughout Dane County. Additional board experience includes tenure on the Board of Directors for Madison Club and the Wisconsin Bankers Association. Early career roles included Commercial Loan Officer at Firstar Bank and Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the same institution.

A Community Bank Since its inception, Oak Bank has become a good friend to Fitchburg and the surrounding communities. The annual Pumpkin Give-Away has already become a Dane County institution, having donated thousands of dollars to local charities. Oak Bank associates continue to involve themselves in local charitable organizations such as Easter Seals, Share Your Holidays, and take leadership positions in service organizations such as the Fitchburg/Verona Rotary, Downtown Madison Rotary, Fitchburg Chamber Economic Development Board, Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce, Fitchburg Days, Realtors Association, Madison Area Builders Association, Altrusa International, Inc. of Madison, and Fitchburg's New Economy Technology Team.
