Cheryl Chang currently serves as Chief of Staff at the Oak Foundation since October 2019, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit grantmaking and organizational strategy. Cheryl's career also includes consultancy at the United Nations managing global partnerships and program coordination at the Institute of International Education. Education credentials include a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Additional study includes international experiences in Switzerland and Germany.
