Nathan Argent is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Head of Climate Programme at Oak Foundation since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing budget and grant-making for climate initiatives, managing Oak’s climate portfolio in Europe and Southeast Asia, and maintaining relationships with ClimateWorks and European Climate Foundations. Previously, Nathan held the role of Programme Officer for Climate Change in Europe and North America at Oak Foundation, and served as Chief Policy Advisor and Head of Research at Greenpeace from June 2010 to December 2015. Nathan's earlier work includes consulting on sustainable forestry and procurement policies in New Zealand and leading the Energy Solutions team at Greenpeace UK. Nathan holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Surrey and a BA (Honours) in Environmental Policy and Management from London Guildhall University.
