Adam Theriault is a seasoned professional in production and operations management with extensive experience across multiple industries, including dairy, automotive, and distillation. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Oakhurst Dairy since February 2018, Adam oversees all beverage manufacturing activities and manages a team of over 30 individuals. Previously held strategic roles, including Thermoform Operations Manager at ConForm Automotive and Plant Manager at Sazerac Company, where Adam implemented Lean production strategies that resulted in significant cost savings and operational improvements. Adam's academic background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
