Jake Kistaitis, CSCS, RSCC, currently serves as the MiLB Strength and Conditioning Coach and Latin American Performance Coach for the Oakland Athletics since November 2021. In addition to this role, Jake is the owner of 402 Performance, an online training program established in October 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Loyalty Training and Wired Development, and as a Strength and Conditioning Associate with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Iowa Western Community College.
