Kelcey Mucker is an experienced Area Scout for the Oakland Athletics, with a tenure beginning in January 2001. Prior to this role, Mucker served as a Youth Attendant at the Dearborn County Juvenile Center from November 1999 to December 2000 and briefly played professionally for the Cleveland Indians in 2000. Mucker's professional baseball career started with the Minnesota Twins, where participation occurred from August 1993 to October 1999. Education was completed at Lawrenceburg High School, graduating in 1993.
