Praveen Agrawal is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, product pricing, and M&A due diligence. Currently serving as Co-Head in both OakNorth India and OakNorth Bank since April 2016, Praveen Agrawal has demonstrated leadership by managing a team of over 100 employees to deliver financial services such as financial modeling, valuation analysis, and pitch books for large investment and commercial banks. Prior to this role, Praveen Agrawal was a Director at Copal Amba (a Moody's Analytics Company) from June 2004 to April 2016. Praveen Agrawal holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
