Carry Nguyenova has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies.
Starting in November 2017, Carry joined OAK'S LAB as an Office Manager, where they immediately found the company's atmosphere and values appealing. In November 2018, they transitioned to the People Ops & Legal role, becoming a key player in stabilizing the fast-growing company as it grew from 20 to 75 employees. Their responsibilities included onboarding, contract creation, payroll agenda, and employee welfare reporting. In November 2020, Carry took on the role of Frontend Engineer, leading a squad of 8 people and being accountable for frontend technical design, implementation, and maintenance. Carry played a crucial role in all phases of development and ensured code quality and scalability. Carry's notable projects during this role include DaysToHappy, Crave Delivery, and MrBeast. Carry employed technologies such as React, GraphQL, Apollo, Material UI, and Ant Design.
Prior to OAK'S LAB, Carry worked at IDC as a Quality Assurance Engineer from July 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they were involved in monitoring integrated tests and writing automated tests in C# for the FERDA project, which focused on data analysis and forecasting.
Carry Nguyenova completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Prague University of Economics and Business from 2016 to 2020.
