Lukáš Lešták began working at Česká spořitelna in 2018 as a Software Tester and remained in this role until 2021. In 2021, they joined OAK'S LAB as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they conducted manual testing of web and mobile applications, collaborated with Agile teams, prepared test documentation, and contributed to the interview process. In 2022, Lukáš was promoted to Lead QA Engineer at OAK'S LAB, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading interviews, driving OKRs delivery, improving processes, analyzing products, and participating in product-related meetings with stakeholders.

Lukáš Lešták obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Prague University of Economics and Business from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the same institution from 2014 to 2018. Lukáš began their educational journey at SPS Jozefa Murgasa, where they successfully completed their school leaving exams in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2010 to 2014.
