Janet Wilkinson

Janet Wilkinson is an accomplished executive with significant experience in strategic human resources and project management, currently serving as a Board Director and Committee Chair at Oakville Hydro since 2023, where leadership of the Human Resources Committee and participation in the Governance & Risk Committee are key responsibilities. Since 2018, Janet has been a Board Director and Committee Chair at Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, previously chairing the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and the Environment, Health, Safety, CSR Committee. With a background as an Executive Consultant at FHW Consulting since 2009, Janet specializes in developing HR strategies for multinational corporations and supporting junior businesses.
