Caroline joined the board of OCL in October 2021, having previously served on the boards of the Oasis Charitable Trust and Oasis International, and as Chair of Stop the Traffik, a charity that is pioneering intelligence-led prevention of human trafficking and modern slavery.
Caroline is a senior business executive who has spent more than 30 years leading large, complex organizations in the technology sector. She is retired from IBM in 2020, where she was the Chief Marketing Officer for IBM's international business operations, gaining dep experience in transforming organizations and developing teams across the globe.
In the January 2017 New Year Honours, Caroline was awarded an OBE in recognition of her business achievements, as well as her work on diversity and inclusion, and contribution to the prevention of human trafficking.
