Currently serving as the National Finance Manager at Oasis Community Learning, Erica previously worked as the Head of Finance at Twycross Zoo and the Associate Director of Finance at Rethink Mental Illness. With a degree in Accounting from the University of Wales Newport, Erica's expertise includes budgeting, grant applications, information analysis, and financial processing. Holder of the ACCA qualification, Erica has a strong background in financial modeling and overseeing annual accounts.
