Laura Bullen

Laura Bullen began their work experience in 2010 as a Commercial Manager at Marks and Spencer. In 2012, they joined Co-op as a Store Standards Officer, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager. From 2015 to 2018, Laura served as the Learning and Development Manager at Co-op, where they introduced an analytics function and set up a program management office. In 2018, they became the L&D Programme Manager, responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs. Their most recent role was at Oasis Community Learning, where they served as the National Lead for Operational Learning & Development from January 2023.

Laura Bullen attended Loughborough University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing, Marketing, and Management. Laura also obtained a Level 5 certification in Coaching and Mentoring from ILM.
