Megan DeCosta is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Automation Manager at Oasis Marinas since February 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Marketing Operations Manager at Progress Learning, where responsibilities encompassed lifecycle strategy and inbound lead capture management. At Aplos, Megan worked for nearly a decade, starting as Marketing Communications Specialist and advancing to Marketing Systems Manager, overseeing marketing systems and lead nurturing strategies. Earlier positions include Marketing Specialist at Clovis Community Medical Center, Administrative Assistant in the California State University, Fresno football department, and various roles in event coordination and campaign management. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fresno.
