Joakim Herlin has extensive work experience in various roles within the business and commercial sectors. Joakim started their career at Iittala in 2005, where they served as a Market Planning Manager, responsible for sales estimates and forecasts for the company's brands. In this role, they also represented the Swedish branch at group-level sales and operations planning meetings.
In 2009, Joakim joined Oatly as a Business Controller, where they were involved in financial analysis and control. Over the years, they progressed within the company, assuming roles such as Head of Commercial Business Controlling, Market and Business Insights Manager, Vice President Commercial EMEA, and Business Development Director.
Joakim's most recent position is with Oatly as the Business Development Director and Vice President Commercial EMEA. Joakim brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in driving business growth and market insights.
Joakim Herlin completed their high school education in 1997 at Spyken, where they focused on the field of Naturvetenskap. Later, from 1999 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial management and engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
