Lisa van Waijenburg has an extensive background in human resources, with experience in companies such as Oatly, Kloosterboer, Lantmännen, DSV, and DFDS Transport. Lisa currently holds the position of People Director Nordics and Global People Program Director at Oatly, where Lisa leads global projects and programs supporting the company’s growth. Lisa was also the co-creator of Oatly's Leadership Program and Onboarding Program. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg, Lisa is well-equipped to drive and develop organizations in fast-changing environments.
