Matilda Ulmius Storm is an accomplished professional in enzyme technology and food research, currently serving as the Enzyme Technology Development Manager at Oatly since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Technology Development Lead and Research & Technology Specialist at Oatly, and co-founder and CEO of SOLVE Research and Consultancy AB, where expertise was provided in food and pharmaceutical chemical analyses and scientific consulting. Matilda was also a Principal Scientist at Aventure AB, focusing on oat emulsion stability, and contributed to regulatory affairs and product development at Einar Willumsen. Matilda holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Nutrition/Applied Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where research concentrated on the health properties of dietary fiber.
