Zarrina Alieva is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Finance Business Partner for Group Business Technology (Interim) at Oatly since December 2021. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Zarrina co-founded and serves as CEO of One O One Drums i Sverige AB, and founded BrightMinds Consulting AB, where Zarrina also holds the CEO position. Zarrina has a strong background in financial management, having worked as a Business Navigator and Controller for INGKA Services AB and various consulting roles at IKEA Group and IKEA IT AB. With a Master's degree in International Accounting and Financial Studies from Heriot-Watt University, Zarrina combines a comprehensive understanding of organizational efficiency and finance with coaching expertise from Co-Active Training Institute.
