Paul Dembow

Paul E. Dembow is an accomplished business leader and community advocate with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as President of both the Council of Co-Owners at the Marriott Resort Hotel Condominium Camelback Inn and Brand Enhancement, Strategy & Protection, LLC since 2015. Dembow has also held key positions as a Partner and Advisor at Oats Overnight, Board Member for Experience Scottsdale, and Councilman and Vice Mayor of Paradise Valley. With a background in entrepreneurship, Dembow has played significant roles in the Entrepreneurs' Organization, focusing on member recruitment and partnerships. Dembow's earlier experience includes serving as President of Arizona Natural Resources, Inc. and contributing to the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau. A graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Business Marketing, Dembow remains committed to community sustainability and enhancing local tourism.
