Mathies Pohl is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in logistics and procurement. Currently serving as Director of Operations & Processes at Oatsome since September 2021, Mathies oversees all supply chain activities, including demand and supply planning, customer service, and logistics processes. Prior to this role, Mathies held positions as International Head of Operations & Supply Chain at fitvia, and Head of Logistics at Nestlé Waters Deutschland GmbH. Earlier experiences include strategic buying at Nestlé Deutschland and transport management at Ferrero. Mathies has also contributed to academia as a doctoral candidate, focusing on Purchasing Performance Measurement and Supply Risk Management, culminating in a Dr. rer. pol. in Supply Chain Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Additional educational experiences include studies at INCAE and Yonsei University.
