Leanne Kealoha Fox

Leanne Kealoha Fox, PhD, currently serves as a Climate Change Commissioner for the City and County of Honolulu, with a term set to expire in June 2028, focusing on climate change, health, and community equity. Dr. Kealoha Fox is the Director of Health Equity at AlohaCare, where responsibilities include creating pathways for health equity and implementing innovative healthcare transformations. In addition, Dr. Kealoha Fox holds leadership roles as the President of the Institute for Climate and Peace and as a design leader for the Obama Foundation. Academic involvement includes positions as a guest lecturer and affiliate graduate faculty at various University of Hawaii programs.
