Timothy Low

Timothy Low is a seasoned leader in product innovation and operational excellence, currently serving as Chief of Product & Innovation at Halogen since July 2017, where responsibilities include driving organizational strategy and enhancing product offerings for youth programs. Previously, Timothy held the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business process improvements and operational management. In addition to work at Halogen, Timothy is an Obama Leader for the Asia-Pacific region, representing Singapore and contributing to the design of leadership programs with the Obama Foundation. Involvement with organizations such as Sandbox and the Global Shapers Community has focused on community engagement and youth empowerment. Academic achievements include a Global Masters in Blockchain Technologies from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from University College Dublin.
