Bronwyn Higgins

Bronwyn Higgins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Associate Director at Davitt Jones Bould since January 2022, Bronwyn provides real estate support to law firms and government entities on various transactions. In October 2023, Bronwyn began a role as Commercial Real Estate Consultant at Obelisk Support. Previously, Bronwyn was a senior commercial property lawyer at Roythornes Solicitors, where responsibilities included managing landlord and tenant matters and supervising junior lawyers. From 2009 to 2018, Bronwyn served as Consultant/Of Counsel at CMS, advising major real estate and investment companies. Earlier roles include Partner at Howard Kennedy, where involvement included significant retail property transactions, and Assistant at Harbottle & Lewis. Bronwyn holds an LLB in Law from Durham University and completed legal studies at the College of Law York.
