Vitaly Sukhovsky has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sales field. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Sales Leader at Novosoft for three years. Vitaly then moved to Sun Microsystems, where they held the positions of Regional Sales Manager from 2003 to 2005 and Enterprise Sales Manager from 2005 to 2008. After that, they joined VMware and served as an Enterprise Sales Manager from 2008 to 2010 and a Regional Sales Manager from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Sukhovsky joined Veeam Software as a Regional Sales Director, later becoming a Senior Director and ultimately a Vice President of Sales until 2020. Following their time at Veeam Software, they worked as an Independent Consultant starting in 2020. Currently, Sukhovsky is the Vice President of Channel Sales at Object First, which they joined in May 2022.

Vitaly Sukhovsky began their education at The Specialized Educational Scientific Center on Physics and Mathematics of Novosibirsk State University in 1992. However, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during their time there. Following this, they went on to attend Novosibirsk State University (NSU) from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics.
