Tim Weilkiens

Tim Weilkiens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, training, and education. As the CEO of oose since November 2001, Tim also serves as a part-time lecturer for master’s degree programs in Software Engineering Leadership and Systems Engineering Leadership at FH Campus02 in Graz, Austria. Tim has been a co-chair and expert on the SysML v2.0 FTF at the Object Management Group since 2002, contributing to the development of various modeling standards. Additional roles include founder of MBSE4U, a publishing company for Model-Based Systems Engineering, podcast host for MBSE Podcast, and co-founder of haqoo, which promotes lifelong learning. Tim is also the founder of the X4Planet initiative aimed at sustainable environmental protection and currently serves as Deputy Mayor in Germany. A dedicated author, Tim has been writing books, articles, and blogs since 2003.
