Neil's experience also includes various managerial roles at Interserve, including Regional Operations Director and Regional Business and Operations Manager for Fire Services and Water Services, as well as Business Unit Manager. Earlier in their career, Neil held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager at Rentokil Initial from June 2011 to June 2012. Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Northumbria University.
