Currently serving as the CEO of Obsequio Group since February 2023, Simon also holds the position of Managing Director at Complete Detection Systems since July 2020. Previous roles include Managing Director and CFO at TCL_Group from 2007 to March 2020, Finance Manager at Homeserve between July 2006 and May 2007, and various commercial management positions at RAC from 2001 to November 2005. Simon began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Tarmac, where Simon worked from 1996 to 1999.
