Ching-Yu Hu

Ching-Yu H. is a seasoned venture advisor and investor with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Advisor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Costanoa Ventures since October 2024, Ching-Yu has held significant roles including Series A Board Director at TigerEye and Series B Investor in companies such as Observe.AI, Verkada, and Yellowbrick Data. Previous experience also includes serving as an Observer on the Board of Directors at 15Five and Avidbots Corp., as well as partnering with Next47, a $2 billion venture capital fund. Ching-Yu holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and has contributed to pioneering innovations in various emerging tech domains such as AI, robotics, and energy solutions.
