Vincent Blair

Vincent Blair is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise at Observe, Inc. since October 2024, Vincent previously held the position of Sales Director for the Bay Area at Redpanda Data, where the focus was on a high-performance streaming data platform. Prior to that, Vincent worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Imply, contributing to the advancement of modern analytics applications with Apache Druid®. Additional experience includes an Account Executive role at Hazelcast, specializing in in-memory computing solutions, and a significant tenure at Arcus Lending Inc. as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Operations Manager, where Vincent achieved over $114 million in loan sales across 15 states. Vincent studied at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Humboldt State University.
