Sarah Kouklis

Sarah Kouklis is an experienced People Operations Specialist at Obsidian Entertainment since October 2021, recognized for implementing efficient programs that enhance employee experiences, including benefits, onboarding, and advocacy for employee needs. Notable accomplishments include the full implementation of HiBob HRIS, founding employee resource groups such as Women of Obsidian and Rainbow Obsidianites, and establishing DEI celebrations. Prior to Obsidian, Sarah served as Staff Director at Professor Egghead Science Academy™, managing human resources and enhancing employee satisfaction, and held various roles in training and operations across multiple organizations, beginning with a photography business. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
