Abhignan Telakapalli

Abhignan Telakapalli is a seasoned engineer specializing in embedded firmware with significant leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer at Obvio since May 2025, Abhignan previously held the position of Head of Firmware and Electrical at Boxbot, overseeing the development lifecycle of embedded systems for industrial automation. Earlier roles include Lead Firmware Engineer and Senior Firmware Engineer at PerceptiMed, where project leadership focused on firmware engineering and system reliability. Abhignan's career also includes contributions to Pacific Controls, where advanced authentication algorithms and communication protocols were developed, and Marque Electronics, a startup co-founded to support the Government’s Forest Department. Abhignan holds a Master's degree in Controls and Networking from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Malla Reddy Institute Of Engineering and Technology.
