Charlotte Ritchie

Charlotte Ritchie serves as the Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Ocado Group since April 2021, progressing from Corporate Communications Manager and Communications Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Ocado, Charlotte held the position of Account Manager at Edelman, managing high-profile accounts such as Nissan and PayPal from June 2018 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Press Officer and PR & Marketing Executive at Mitie, as well as hospitality positions during major events at Wimbledon and the London 2012 Olympics. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Italian from the University of Bristol and participated in Erasmus study placements in France and Italy.
