Helen Rock

Helen Rock is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects & Operations at Ocado Group since October 2020, Helen previously held the position of Senior IP Litigation Counsel at Ocado Solutions from July 2018 to October 2020. Earlier roles at Ocado include International Partnership Manager and Senior Legal Counsel - IP and Engineering, where Helen offered specialist legal advice on construction and engineering projects, as well as general commercial guidance on various contracts. Helen's career began as a Trademark Assistant at Formula 1, and included training as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor, covering multiple legal disciplines. Helen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Solent University and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School.
