Nathan Gilson

Nathan Gilson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the BOT Manufacturing Product Verification Team Manager at Ocado Technology since July 2021. In this role, Nathan leads a team of hardware and software engineers responsible for all End of Line Testing (EOLT) for robots at manufacturing sites. Prior to this, Nathan held various positions at Ocado Group, including BOT Hardware Manufacturing Verification Team Lead and Production Engineering Team Lead, and contributed as a Mechanical Engineer for the Advanced Technology Team. Nathan's engineering career began at Morrisons, where Nathan worked as a Team Lead in MHE/HGV engineering. Nathan holds a degree in Engineering and Design from the University of Bath, obtained between 2018 and 2022.
