Lee Manchur is an accomplished technology leader with a strong background in quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology Services at OCAS since March 2014, Lee oversees multiple teams focused on quality, applied research, data insights, and IT services, while implementing strategic execution and standardized processes. Previously, Lee held various testing and leadership positions at BlackBerry from May 2005 to February 2014, leading testing for key applications and security features, and developing foundational test strategies. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Western University, completed in 2007.
