Koong Jiann Tay

Koong Jiann (KJ) Tay has extensive experience in technology and architecture across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as a Platform Owner at OCBC Bank since July 2017, KJ leads the Enterprise Chatbot team and oversees feature development and architectural changes using Agile methodologies. Prior roles include Technology Architect at OCBC, focusing on new technology governance, and Enterprise Architect at Eastspring Investments, enhancing IT architectural oversight. KJ's experience also encompasses work as an Architect at DBS Bank, contributing to India's digital banking initiatives, and as a Domain Architect at BankWest, steering technology direction in Risk, Finance, and MI/BI. KJ's career began at PSA Corporation, advancing through various technical roles and culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
